Post a random sixth gen game you love
>>12033342
>>12033342I have some very repressed nostalgia for this game despite never playing it and dont know why. Just seeing the title creates some smoldering ember in the pit of my stomach. I wonder if it was in a magazine or something
>>12033363I'm sorry bruv but how can you unironically enjoy MechAssault. This is a serious question, I want to know what I'm missing in these games.
Psi Ops
phantom dust
>>12033419are you serious the multiplayer was fun as hell
>>12033342>Post a random sixth gen game you loveFinal Fantasy 10 is pretty much the only one I love still. Others I can live without.
>>12033419Big robots and citywide destruction The campaign and multiplayer were both funSolid roster and weapon variants
My favorite game of all time. Wish I could play it for the first time again, or find something that makes me feel the same way.
>>12033946Favorite level? Mine is the Italian city and Curtis' apartment.
>>12033946play more games.
They should have made an entire game out of the bunny level.
I liked it enough to get sealed copy. It is cheap.
>>12035043I have. Everything from Atari 2600 to shit released last month. Suggest something instead of being a fag.
>>12035089GOATed cover art
>>12035039Ulmeyda city for exterior locations, Curtis compound for interior locations
>>12035124You like Suda51 games, you couldn't be more of a fag if you tried, faggot.
The Twin Snakes
>>12033419The combat is awesome in the game and the story telling is really fun. How can you not enjoy the game? It feels incredible to play.
>>12035089>>12035126Makes me think of pic related every time.
>>12033363>>12033493>>12036946You all took mine.
bought an xbox just to play this after loving the saturn and ps2 prequels, loved this one as well despite how different it is.and just like the ps2 one, choosing the right control scheme is critical since it drastically changes how your mech behaves.in this case the "normal" controls are just halo controls with moving and strafing on the left stick and looking around on the right stick, but on "pro" controls you get to control the legs and torso independently like mechwarrior which allows you to perform some advanced manouvers at the cost of being unable to strafe like an fps and having to mind which direction your mech is pointed towards.oh and the friendly ai is absolutely retarded unless you order them around constantly, but it was also like that even in more advanced games like rainbow six 3 so whatever.
>>12035126i've never liked this cover>piss yellow>muh skull>two guns but they're placed really awkwardlywould've been way cooler if the guns were crossed behind the skull like a pirate flag and the cover art was a primarily red/orange color.
>>12037013Steambumpy Trotchronicles was absolutely massive on a forum I used to go on in the 2000s, but I've never heard any talk about it outside of that. Apparently it's very good.
>>12037003look forward to playing this one, thanks for the details anon
Something about the simple progression, playful mechanics and crunchy voices put me into a placeI remember staying up all night playing this game with a friend back when I was 14. His house reeked of cat piss and cigarettes. The content of the game was absurdly dark to me at the time I was terrified yet enthralled
>>12039992Existense of FMA games feels strange.I know that there is at least two ps2 games but I guess those were never released in europe or release was so small that I heard about the games fiftee years after.Manga has some extra about ps2 game and that is about all I know.I guess it is based on first anime.
>Do you like the combat of Armored Core, but hate all the dicking around inbetween awesome Robot Duels? >THEN WE HAVE THE GAME FOR YOU
>>12033342Dokapon Kingdom
>>12033342Fun spiritual predecessor to Sifu
Handhelds are OK too, right? This was a pretty seminal game for me, and my dad used to play it a lot, too. I haven't touched it in 20 years, but I recall it being pretty fun.
>>12039992Didn't know there was a 2nd one. I have the first one, it's decent. Though there's one part near the end of the game where you have to fight some of the earlier bosses at the same time and it's a huge pain in the ass.
I love this shit game lol. I sometimes boot it up just to play the first level over and over. I can hold a combo for the whole 2 minutes until the manual measurement turns red and make 10 million + points. The level goals themselves are pretty boring, but the trick system is cool. Used to play the 2-player modes with my dad a lot; the competition where you need to make the most points by crashing is fun as hell. Also somehow own 3 copies of it. 1 on PS2, 1 on GameCube since that and Xbox have 2 extra levels, and an extra copy on GameCube since I literally forgot I already had it and picked it up for 99 cents at a local games store.
>>12033342This game's awesome, man. Telekinesis still has a lot of untapped potential as far as video games are concerned. Psi-ops 2 when?
>>12041120Second Sight is way better. Also this game has one of the most mentally retarded multiplayer modes ever made.
>>12041185Second Sight is a very slow and confusing game however.
>>12033946For anyone that doesn't know, it's gone a modern Steam port with mouse/keyboard controls and it's even better now.
>>12037003>bought an xbox just to play this after loving the saturn and ps2 prequelsA prequel is not a game that was released prior to another game, it's a game that was released as a sequel but its story takes place prior to an earlier entry in the series.
>>12041269They also added AI upscaled cutscenes as far as I know...
>>12041269Killer7 is near unplayable without a mouse so thank goodness.
>>12041702>AI upscaled cutscenesSTOP FUCKING DOING THIS SHIT IT ALWAYS LOOKS LIKE COMPLETE FUCKING ASS
>>12037003oh shit i loved gungriffon blaze on the ps2, need to check this one outalso try the hi-macs sim if you haven't alreadyhttps://ggsim.grape-vine.jp/
>>12040462Interesting statement, I'll try to piracy this.
>>12039162Wonderful game.
>>12033351damn you did it for me
>>12035137Overcompensating
>>12033946Will i sully my experience if i play the ps2 version instead?
>>12040462I found this in a garbage bin and was shocked to find it didn't actually belong there
>>12044894I like the theme for this game
