What's the most challenging JRPG without feeling cheap?By that I mean you get a reasonable amount of tools to respond to the challenge that aren't just grinding
The first two FF gamesDragon Quest 2In my opinion, I haven't played a whole lot of JRPGs
Pokemon
>>12035617The only challenging Pokémon games are Gen 7 and that's not retro.
>>12035601Try again without the frog posting and I'll give you a straight answer.
>>12035626Go back to /r/eddit where maybe they will give a shit about your opinion.
>>12035626Frog posting is good, though.
It's kinda funny how that shit is a Twitch mascot. You can see how addicted many posters are to watching streamers by their inability to converse outside of trying to stand out in a sea of shit. Modern internet is fascinating.
>>12035638Not OP, but I never watch Twitch. I merely appreciate how posting a Pepe causes /vr/'s newcucks to throw a tantrum.
Sounds like you want a WRPG instead.
>>12035643Who asked? Why do you think my post is about you or any specific post in this thread?
>>12035646>WRPG*RPG
>>12035648>why do you think a post about frog posters in a frog posting thread is about frog posters in said threadA mystery to all.
>twitch invented pepejust how new do you even have to be
>>12035651>a post about frog postersReading comprehension failure. It's a post about Pepe being a Twitch mascot and Twitch chat influenced posters evidencing themselves on the contemporary Internet.Insecurity can easily cause these misreads, no biggie.
>>12035657>It's a post about Pepe being a Twitch mascot and Twitch chat influenced postersSo about frog posters? Concession accepted.
>>12035661No, there's no logical connection between the two. Not every frog poster is a Twitch addict and not every Twitch addict is a frog poster. Pepe being posted merely brought it to mind and I mentioned it.Fail argument smashed. Your move.
>>12035665Oh, so you just made a random non-sequitur. Admission accepted.
>>12035669No, it clearly follows. Pepe posted>Talking about Pepe as its spread to popular culture and how those cultures influence posting styles, it's tangential.Little brain, I feel like you're learning things about conversation now.Good boy.
>>12035669Online debate culture needs to fucking die. I'd love it if people here talked like normal people and not fucking debate bros.
go back to france
>>12035673>Talking about Pepe as its spread to popular culture and how those cultures influence posting stylesOh, so you WERE talking about frog posters, after all? Concession accepted.
>>12035601I say FFX, not because it's particularly challenging, but because using the whole party well enough makes grinding for levels or gear completely unnecessary.
>>12035682This isn't debate culture. This guy can't use logic at all, he's just parroting terms he's seen other people use without understand them to get responses. He doesn't understand that posting as conversation because he's an attentionwhore.
plz buy pepecoin
>>12035693You're right, one guy is debating and the other is adamantly denying that he was making an allusion to frog posters in a thread with frogs and making logical leaps to support that stance.
>plz pay attention to me! plz!pwned
>>12035693>he's just parroting terms he's seen other people use without understand them to get responsesThat IS debate culture. That's EXACTLY what that is. It may not be bona fide debating, but it's taking influence from it because that poster wants to look smart. It's times like this where I wish I could just upload a snapshot of one of my thoughts instead of trying to get my point across using the abstraction known as written language.
>>12035706he was calling frogposters twitch users and you're proving it
>>12035721While at the same time denying that he's calling them just that. Sad!
>>12035720I don't think it should be called "debate culture", since this is more trying to "win" every conversation rather than reach truth or convince lurkers. It's simply trying to get a response. They just imitate the terminology of debates without even understanding the process of logical thinking to rile up other midwits.
>>12035724Nice reading comprehension
>he's already back to using terms he doesn't understand in irrelevant circumstancesSad!
Etrian Odyssey 3
>>12035731He meant retro games.
I'm brapping this thread, with no survivors.*BRRRRRAAAAAAAAPPPPPPP*
>>12035690post end game content is all about grinding spheres
>>12035625Pokemon has self modulating difficulty though. If you play it like Gary Oak and train up strong monsters from the start then its easy mode. If you constantly cycle in new interesting critters then you get as much challenge as you want
>>12035731That game was too pedo-coded for me
>>12035638
>>12035962
>>12035601Shin Megami Tensei.
>>12035839whats wrong with 2D little girls, anon? Are you projecting?
