The first game is the only one that feels like effort was put into it. The other three are just mindlessly wandering around until the next major boss feels like showing up.The worst part is that the game has a huge roster of like 20-30 party members, but nearly every important dungeon forces Black Rose on your team. So you only usually have one open party slot, which almost needs to go to a Wave Master because EVERY other class in the game is a redundant physical class. So your party for 99% of the game is Kite, Black Rose, and whichever of the three Wave Master hasn't been written out of the story at the moment (usually Wiseman). Why are the other 17 party members even there? Did nobody making this game stop to think about what they were doing?
