What is the /vr/dict?
It's good.

>>12049636Best Ogre Battle game by a country mile. Suck it Matsuno.
It's quite good once you get a handle on things
>>12049636It's a fairly easy game if you use Training between battles to smooth out your levels. It can be a little difficult at times if you specifically skip all that and go straight through mission after mission, but then you miss out on side things and party building. The game has an engaging story and I felt compelled to finish it, but I usually get stuck on the Sable Lowlands trying to get all the Valiant Mantles as drops. The chaos frame thing is also kind of annoying since you have to micromanage which unit captures which town, and some towns make you lose points no matter who you send.
>>12049636Too slow.I use a chinkheld and the only emulator that runs it perfectly has fast forward.I plan to take it back someday. Is the game fully playable on Project 64?The other new emus dont run in my laptop.
The story is just as good as FFT, similar kind of thing, too bad the game was just 1 of 3 rpgs on the N64 so nobody really cared
>>12049636Garbage.
Does this one have the autistic rules you are not told about so you always get the bad ending.
I'd love a rebalance patch that gives enemies good equipment and formations, makes legions not shit and other stuff.
it's too easy, especially after getting the cockatrices and quetzalcotls
>>12050187How would you make legions not just "not shit", but actually useful without completely eclipsing individual units?
>>12051195Make them not lose speed compared to single units or just lose less, allow changing the distance between units so the legion can cover more space, the lead unit doesn't need to be filled with soldiers anymore, exp is shared between all characters in the legion (more characters = less exp per character), any named character can be a legion leader. That would be a good start.
>>12050182It is actually hard to get the real bad ending because the mre neutralish bad ending also has a hidden condition to getting it.
>>12049636FFT at home
>>12049860>It's quite good once you get a handle on thingsAccurate. I had a proper love/relationship with this one at first, jumping into it blind. After I learned the game it was more love. The optional secret stuff is obscure as fuck. Seriously. It's not necessary, but I was flabbergasted about all the little things I learned from online guides.I loved ogre battle 64, and quickly dropped FFT and tactics ogre, so make of that what you will. (honestly i don't think it means much other than mood at the time)
