The buttons are not that bad and the thing has a nice heavy feel to it, much more comfortable for adult hands than the original GB. Being able to lay on a couch with some background show on while playing NES-PS1 games is PEAK comfy. I hate having to hunker down at my $800+ PC setup just to play some retro games, especially after a long day of work where I can't be arsed.

And it only costs as much as a single modern AAA movieslop game, while it's quadruple the quality. Also this thing is a godsend if you have to go out and visit family for a while.

It's too bad the buttons are designed so poorly they literally puncture the rubber membranes and the domes on the system board, even on the updated model, and they are loud AF and cheap feeling too.
