Did you sell your original purchase Pokémon cartridges too soon?
No, they just got stolen in college or sold by my siblings. Still have my original box for yellow somehow tho.
i had some plastic wrap stuck to me and and i accidentally threw my Pokémon Blue cartridge getting it off. This temporarily disconnected the battery and erased my save with Elite 4 defeated a completed pokédex. I never got Mew because I was done with Pokémon because before the event came to Mall of America.

I somehow got like 8 copies of pokemon silver and I don't remember buying or playing any of them
my copy of red stayed in my possession until it got lost in a move sometime in the 2010s. i still have my copies of silver, leafgreen, sapphire, and emerald.

The girl I lost my v card with borrowed my GBC and my Pokemon games. We never dated but we hung out a bunch during grade 8 and since she was letting me poke I didn't give a fuck about Pokemon anymore and never bugged her for it back. I don't remember why now but we just stopped hanging/banging out once we hit high school and it was gone forever. Kind of a fair trade I guess, but she was a solid 6/10 so in retrospect I wish I had've kept the games instead of basically using it to pay her to touch my wang.
