>>12067502In both cases some aspects are worse but some others are better or uniqueFor example Saturn MMX4 has some missing transparency effects and the FMVs look slightly worse, but the music tracks are longer, loop seamlessly, and some stages also have nice background effects not present in the PS1 versionIn the case of Saturn RE it's graphically slightly worse but the game has some cool unique content not present in any other release like exclusive costumes, the Tick enemy, two Tyrants in Chris's scenario, a Battle mode with zombie Wesker and a golden Tyrant, and the Japanese version has the least amount of in-game censoring out of any release
