Absolutely worth it. Ubi Montreal was at the top of their game then and they were able to do a lot of things that these days there are tools to just generate. Reflections, rain effects, animations, all of it was expertly crafted. The multiplayer was the best it ever was too, managing to be better than Pandora Tomorrow.For 2005 it was incredible.

I recently beat all the games again last year. SC3 is definitely one of the best games stealth games ever. Its definitely deserving imo of being in the top 99 games list as this list is based around the best 99 games of all time. But I wouldn't have it anywhere near the top 10. I wouldn't even have it in a top 20 and maybe not even in the top 30.What is even more laughable about this is how Splinter Cell 3 doesn't even rank in these top games lists at all anymore.
