Shining Force 3 trilogy is mandatory for anyone even remotely interested in strategy rpgs. Holy Ark is super solid too, it plays like if Dragon Quest was a first person dungeon crawler (which tracks since I'm pretty sure Camelot was mostly ex-Chunsoft devs)
