Wood Man
>Dodging between his leaf cutter is stupidly precise and I always need to use an E-Tank on him. It's even worse in MM3 where you have a smaller room to fight him and he's even bigger.
Slash Man
>He has two weaknesses: one turns him into a projectile that hurts you and the other does less damage. The goop he drops which makes no sense thematically and isn't the weapon you earn from him is randomly dropped. Then you have to hope he doesn't dive or drop down on you. He's complete bullshit.

Lemme tell you. I love MM1. So many fun bosses and most are a really fun to buster only. Elec man is not one of the fun ones. Sure you can glitch him or whatever, but playing it no glitch as capcom intended he's such a fucking endurance run because if you fuck up he just deletes your health.

holy fuck these guys are brutal. I think the people who love 2 the most only ever play megaman in perfect weakness order. bustering these guys down in 2 and 3 as the ultra bosses is brutal. maybe there's a trick to it, but I haven't figured it out.

If you shoot inside of Wood Man's shield while it's up, you can kill him before he crosses the edge of the room easily.
If not, you have to carefully jump over the shield as it's being thrown, and land early enough to run under his leap when he gets too close. It sounds easy, but getting the spacing and timing down takes a long time to learn.

The toughest thing is NOT beating off to Roll.

Anyway:
>Elec Man
Erratic behaviour and absurd stats. Almost every single Robot Master in Mega Man 1 hits for 4 damage and takes 2-3 in return but this chaotic ass deals 10 and takes only 1 for no reason. Ice Man is similar but his pattern is manageable.
>Gemini Man
6 damage on contact and takes 28 hits to be defeated. I despise his pattern - I can never get the rhythm going so I get shot from behind.
>Needle Man
Spams you to death with fast, random attacks while eating 28 bullets before dying. Extremely annoying but after a few battles you can actually get into the proper rhythm with him.
>Shadow Man
Literally impossible to dodge due to random behaviour. Those who did him hitless got lucky. This is the worst boss in the series to me.
>Solar Man
Can't hit him half the time because he jumps around all the time and blocks bullets with his stupid solar ball. Also spams screen-wide attacks and you have to dodge on uneven ground. Hate this guy.
