The absolute original didn't have full limb dismemberment and that detailed blood system. You could look up skirts and see vagina though before it got patched.

There's a few things RWS changed from v1000 to v1337. Fag Hunter was one of them, which was replaced by Bastard Fish arcade. The Crackola vending machines also used to be Pepsi machines and the hand models were different.

Then a team of modders made a mod called "A Week in Paradise", which was supposed to initially just add the gore from AW + Sunday and Friday to the main game, and later they expanded it to add some more stuff and along side it, restored the Fag Arcade prop and attempted to restore the cut Arcade quest.Eternal Damnation has nothing to do with this (it did influence the later Steam port however)
