Loved this game. Even the backtracking after getting some upgrades. Games still use soundbites from this game, even if they don't know it.I actually got a controller, a few years back when emulating, so I could play this game without the weird aiming and movements.The dog...is still a weird character in my book. He's like a tank dog. Also, one of the only games I've noticed that killing hostages is bad. They aren't just some immortal sprites to collect.

>>12077435People love to bend over backwards to suck Rare's dick. Retreading every level to find tribals goes contrary to being a 3rd person shooter. Slows a genre that is a bit more fast paced and slams the breaks on it. Goldeneye doesn't have this problem, Jet Force Gemini does.
The ammo capacity upgrades not being shared for all characters, or at least locked to a character, is the worst part of the game. There was no way I was beating Mizar with like 15 Tri-Rockets or whatever pathetic amount I had on Juno.
Threadly reminder to change the control option set to "Expert" on the pause menu. It will greatly change the way you play the game for the batter, as you're now able to move in all 8 directions instead of just 2 while in aiming mode.
