>>12084882I grew up with 6-Pak. I think I played it more than any other Genesis game I had. Beat Golden Axe, Sonic 1, Streets of Rage, and got reasonably good at Columns. Revenge of Shinobi is the hardest game on the compilation.Super Hang-On is the weakest game. It's not bad but it just doesn't stack up to the arcade version.

What are some other good retro compilations? I know of 6-pak and Super Mario All-Stars + World and Mario + Duck Hunt.
Sierra had some neat compilations of their series that would include the entire series, even up into the late 90s>Entire King's Quest series>Entire Space Quest series>Most of the Police Quest series pre SWAT>Entire Leisure suit Larry series>Most You Don't know Jack gamesAll were in big box compilations that tended to end up in bargain bins, and every Sierra fan knows that there were neat ass extras on the disc, like skits and interviews.
That's a pretty good deal, how late in the genesis life did this come out?It seems like if you had a genesis you could always get some type of bundle of a bunch of sega games in one cartridge

>>12084882I didn't grow up with a Genesis, but when I did eventually get one as an adult and was looking for games to get, I stumbled upon this pack and bought it immediately. It felt like a good Genesis "starter pack" of sorts. Got good mileage out of Streets of Rage and Sanic at least.
