Now I can't jump back to where I was, the NPC about the Cross won't even mention the cross even though I have it on me and that shit is required for progression. Now I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to trigger this event so what, am I supposed to go through the entire game again talking to every NPC and retriggering every quest and refighting every boss? Fuck this shit, seriously. Not to mention that half of this shit required for progression is so obscure it seems impossible without a guide.I'm already max lvl too

You're supposed to give the Cross to this faggot right? But when I talk to him he says nothing important. Also the guide says he's supposed to block the path, which he doesn't, he just wanders around out of the way. There is no other NPC around so it has to be this fucker

so I thought the trigger might have been talking to the Queen of Nana, which mentions this whole quest. I went to get the Jade, and a key, to talk to her. I also killed the boss that hands out the cross (again) and went back to this faggot.Still nothing.I've read TWO different guides and queen Nana and that boss are the only 2 things directly to this whole quest. The only solution would be restarting EVERYTHING over. I'm done. Fuck this shit game.
Holy shit I did it. Here is how>used a password AGAIN>get the Jade, a key, talk to Nana>get another key, talk to the king/queen of Leneira>go get the cross>talk to this faggotThis time it worked and the difference is... before doing all that I got rid of alll the key items I got in the pyramid/dungeon located after this faggot. I think what happened is that since I had those items on me the game thought I had already did all this. The whole issue comes from the fact that in my version this faggot doesn't actually block the bridge, the wanders around (as a result sometimes not appearing at all because he wandered) which allowed me to get to the desert area without handing him the cross. Which lead to a softlock.Glitched game.Now I just need to go back to the pyramids again, to get the items I discarded.
