Is there a way to play the English/Pal version of Siren 2 on a real ntsc-u PS2 in 60hz?I guess this goes for any Pal game without a 60hz option.
only the pc port
Don't bother. I'm about halfway through it and it fucking sucks, and the first is one of my all-time favorites. They tried too hard to give it the Resident Evil 4 treatment by making you and the enemies armed to the teeth.
probable hijackbut I was also wondering if someone made a decensor undub patch for either 1 or 2
Also, they added this stupid "humming" noise every time you're near an enemy, which completely breaks the immersion and is so annoying you'll just want to charge head-first into the enemies (the game forces you to like combat instead of stealth). It doesn't even have the same composer from the first game and that was one of the best parts.

>>12088632The first one is better
>>12089626That's not how I roll. I always play until the end. Also, I keep hoping it gets better. Gonna try to finish it today.
>>12088743You don't get enough ammunition to just blast your way through everything. You have to use a combination of stealth and choosing when to knock certain enemies out by "killing" them in order to complete objectives properly and unlock all of the links and fully complete the game. Also the stealth in general is improved and there are fewer bullshit alt objectives that require near perfect tranny speedrunning timing..
>>12090704Yes the stealth is improved and yes the speedrunning missions sucked (although there were only 3 of them from what I remember), but everything else is a huge downgrade. The characters, story, atmosphere, music, the shibito, even the map was more intuitive in the first game and actually forced you to learn your surroundings
