The enemies pose zero challenge and theres zero jumpscares. I know a lot of pussies hate jump-scares but you honestly need the threat of being jump scared to keep the tension high. Once you realize the game has no teeth it becomes a tedious cake walk

And the enemies create tension because of this because you have to use weak weapons or avoid them because you can't just use the shotgun on everything.In this way the genre is similar to dungeon crawlers, where you are constantly on edge that your next encounter could spend too many resources, thus preventing you from making it to the next area/out of the dungeon.
