In the PC version of GTA Vice City, the cheatcode CERTAINDEATH would make a little cigarette appear in Tommy Vercetti's mouth, complete with a little white smoke trail which would follow your movement. Didn't have any effect, and it's one of the few cheatcodes which won't lock you out of 100%ing the game.
