Ntsc-adaptive in conjunction with your preferred CRT shader, and then play with the chroma/saturation settings. If you want to mimic the look of a picture of a CRT instead of a CRT, that's a bit more complicated.

The screenshots should make it obvious, compare the before and after, the individual phosphors (which compose the mask pattern) are bigger, resulting in a more textured and coarse picture.

Shaders' TVL should be adjusted according to your monitor resolution. The same setting will produce different in different resolutions.

Also, if you want to resemble this picture even further, set mask type to 1.00 (slot mask pattern), and keep the triad size as 4.00. See how it compares. Also setting sample mode to 1.00 will produce different texture/brightness levels which might be more to your taste. Play around with the settings.

Ah yes, royale's sample mode doesn't play well when combined with other shaders so it's best to leave it at 0 if that's your intention (I think older royale versions didn't have this problem but hey)

I adjusted it specifically for 1440p and to resemble the CRT pics you've been posting so that should be fine, but as usual, don't be afraid to play with the parameters if you desire. GA is more complex than Royale but at the same time its parameters are more self-explanatory.
