I don't understand why anyone would freak out over this game. I played it all the time, and if anything, it taught me more about the event it represents. Regardless of all the controversy it's a genuinely interesting and if you want, wacky, simulator that I think everyone should give a try.
>>12123658Nothing. People are so comfortable in life that they need to find shit to be mad about
>>12123658I was genuinly shocked and angry. $10 for a 5 minute game?!
People haven't been upset about this for ages. If anything it shows how skillful the shooting actually was.>magic bullet-the back seat was elevated, is that represented ingame?
>>12123658It’s just not a very nice thing to make. What if someone made a game about you being the guy who stabbed Jesus?
>>12124049It's a historical event. His death is a kind of public domain. Would it still bother you if someone modded it to replace jfk with the archduke Ferdinand?
>>12123658When are we getting Charlie Kirk Reloaded?
>>12124049The guy who stabbed Jesus is a saint
>>12123658There wasnt a big deal... it made headlines for like a week when it came out. Thats it.
Same as every other edgy game like Postal 2.>devs: This game is SUPER OFFENSIVE!>media: This game is SUPER OFFENSIVE!!!>random bluehairs: This game is SUPER OFFENSIVE!!!!>actual gamers: This game is gimmicky and not very fun to play after 10 minutes.
>>12123658At the time it seemed crass but to be fair nothing specifically wrong with the title other then people making trick shots for lulz which came off as crass.I think the real "controversy " was examination of the source code had comments from the programmers saying things like the money shot and Jackie o going for the load

>>12123658>I played it all the timeit's a fucking 5 minute meme game meant to demonstrate the magic bullet isnt possible despite new stuff saying jfk's seat was higher up so the trajectory actually works or whatever. you play it once and move on
