Realistically, what other FPS games from its gen can even compete?
The Library is the best level. Best atmosphere, dark, creepy, infernal.
Just like nowadays, minus UT, everyone back the was playing Counter Strike, Battlefield, Unreal Tournament or Call of Duty, not Halo.

i don't think anything on console competes at its level, but there were still tons of fun fps games on the xbox and ps2. gcn not really outside of some ports which are typically better played elsewhere.
On consoles? I don't know.But on PC? Tons of.
