are there any games like tomb raider or uncharted but it uses melee and unarmed combat instead of guns and bows?
Blade Arts (PSX) is action adventure with sword based action, it has some degree of platforming and puzzle solving too but not nearly on the level of Tomb Raider. Japanese only, untranslated.

maybe Nightmare Creatures? Not quite as heavy on the puzzles as TR, but fits the same "do flips in every direction" style combat,
