...Back to the topic of Point and Click adventure games.Have you pointed and clicked today? What are you playing on? ScummVM? DOSBox? Mac or console emulation?
Lenore a cute
>>12132873As I said on the other thread - Maniac Mansion on SCUMMVM on my phone is my current play.I've also started but not finished Blade Runner, and need to get back on that. Also - I haven't played the Dig in a long time and feel it's overdue
Dosbox-Staging is so good and convenient (and has nice shaders) that I don't see a point in ScummVM anymore.picrel is an EGA game with one scanline per pixel. When emulating a VGA game it automatically switches to a shader with two scanlines per pixel. It's comfy
>>12133024Looks comfy. There are still some games that run better on DOSBox, or another DOS VM. Getting the sound to run on Discworld was a pain in the arse generally, and it was not working on SCUMMVM previously - it may have been updated now.
>>12132873I'm going to keep bumping this. I think I liked the Full Throttle/COMI style interfaces best.
I saw Roberta Williams at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday.
>>12132873Just started playing Shannara. Not sure how I feel about the battle system but other than that it's pretty comfy so far.
>>12133304>Kiss
The soundtrack of this game slaps, I love the oppressive atmosphere, but I find it impossible to figure it out.
>>12133401>Shella smiles, but deftly avoids your kiss.Could have gone worse I guess
>>12133258How many times are you going to post this?
>>12133415I'm not familiar with this one, is it KGB? Need to give it a go.
Today i tried to run "i have no mouth but i must scream" on scumm on dreamcast, but the game reboots.coaster burned cd, damn.So i didn't point and clicked so much today -_-
>>12133258Next time ask her if she has any outtakes from that Softporn photoshoot, preferably nude.
>>12133415Stephane Picq was an OPL genius. RIP.
>>12133906she's just show him all the pictures she has of Ken's erect hog
>>12133415>>12133634Yes, KGB. Excellent game. My favorite point and click. It's a plot-driven spy game set in post-soviet Russia. It's realistic, depressing and difficult. The game is really successful at making you question who to trust. Most of the mistakes you'll make will bite your ass only hours later, so you often have to restart the chapter. It's impossible to finish the game without understanding the plot.I've finished it several times so if you want some clues without too much spoilers tell me where you're stuck.
