I would love Alpha 3 more than 2 if custom combos weren't so intimidating. MvC is probably objectively better than 2 but I have too much nostalgia for 2.

>>12195470KoF feels awkward if you're a SF player because it's built on the same basic system but executed very differently. Once you get used to what it prioritizes vs what SF does, it becomes fun. A lot less turtle gameplay and zoning because the games tend to give you extra tools to deal with that, so the fireball wars take a backseat to rushdown

>>12195580It's fun when you get the hang of actually being aggressive in a fighting game. It's fun to play keep away and spam in SF, it's classic. But it's also fun to do the opposite. KoF basically just checks those tactics and makes you work for them. You still get your fireballs but they're also easily evaded if you're a noob depending on them vs normals
