How do I revive general Leo on the steam version of final fantasy 6? I remember you had to fight the dragon boss but I can't seem to get it to work and all the videos on YouTube about it are the GBA version
>>12214320Nah, iirc you had to use Shadow and find a Doom Drgn in Kefka's Tower and have 88 of every throwing item except for one because you have to kill it using the Throw command (Pinwheel works best obviously) but you gotta wait until he uses Heartless Angel because everybody has to be at 1HP but the game only adds Leo to the party if at least member is dead so you gotta be quick and KO them yourself before the dragon attacks again and wipes you out. I've heard you need to have seen at least 3 of Shadow's dreams BUT not all seven for it to work but I've got yet to confirm this.

This only works on the SNES original, but you first have to face off against the Czar Dragon, but to do that you have to have ALL the magicite i.e. have both Odin AND Raiden in your inventory. To do that, first get every other Magicite you can get and defeat every dragon except the Blue Dragon, so leave him for last. Then go to the Ancient Castle, get Odin, then go down to the basement and fight the Blue Dragon. The key here is you MUST defeat the Blue Dragon with Break, which sounds impossible and every FAQ says he's immune to, but he's actually not, it's just a very very low chance, so you have to keep trying. Once it does work, what this will do is reverse the Queen's petrification spell, and as thanks she will give you Raiden without taking away Odin, and you will also get Crusader, of course. With all this in hand, go out and, with the Falcon, circle around Kefka's Tower COUNTERCLOCKWISE a total of 256 times WITHOUT THE SHADOW OF THE AIRSHIP TOUCHING THE TOWER EVEN ONCE. If you mess this up, you HAVE to start circling again from the beginning. In any case, do this successfully, and you will trigger a battle with the Czar Dragon, who is tough as BALLS (the GBA version of him is a shadow of his real strength). BE SURE TO HAVE EITHER LOCKE OR GOGO SO YOU CAN STEAL THE ULTRA-RARE GAMMA SWORD FROM HIM. Once you beat him, go back to Leo's grave, and the Gamma Sword will react and summon Phoenix, and Leo will appear and join your party.This is 100% legit, I did it way back in 1998 or so. I'd show you my save file, but my asshole older brother lent my cartridge to his friend and some faggot broke into his house and stole it, and I haven't been arsed to do this whole thing again.
