what are the best 'score attack' arcade games? I feel like I've played the obvious ones and Im looking to broaden my horizons

I looked at Robotron 2084 and 5 mil was the 1 hour time attack mode. The high score for the game is over 100 mil. God damn.

idea I just had: online high score leaderboard system like RetroAchievements but for your local region, I guess based on IP address or maybe could be selected manually. should solve the problem of high scores being super high since they're the highest in the world and also be a fun local community building vehicle.another idea is retroachievement high scores for online friend groups, not sure if it's already a feature. there could be a /vr/ group and anons can try to best each other's high scores.
