This game must've held the record for most frames for a protagonist, at least until Pizza Tower came out. It still has the most in any retro game at least.

I finished both versions of this game and it's really boring except for the bosses. Western insects seem to always have "an idea" and then they make a game based on their dumb idea without taking game design into consideration at all.

Typically I have more fun playing western games, and the asian games feel like glib fascimiles, which is also why the best JRPG of all time is a western game (Expedition 33), the best Silent Hill is a western game (Silent Hill 2 Remake) and the best Metroid is also a western game (Metroid Prime).Japs just can't into gameplay for some reason.
