Google is telling me that Sutte Hakkun's title means "Suck and Blow" but further research seems to indicate that this is because "su" and "ha" are the Japanese sounds for sucking and blowing. Specifically sutte is the "ing" form of suck, and Hakkun, the character's name, has an honorific in it.Given all this I have deduced a localization for the game's title that properly captures the original title's meaning, would be "Sucking Mr. Blow"
