>>12254645I don't really seek them out because I don't care that much for socializing but there are demo scene events and other retro gatherings and I see advertisements for them in the physical retro computing / hacker culture magazines I read. Chances are you have something similar in your area if you just look for it. Yeah they often revolve around demo stuff and hardware fetishization but there's usually gaming related activity too even when the events are not specifically about games.
