You just drive to the gun store and but a gun for free because the game has no currency.
The hard part is driving the car to get there. You accelerate with triangle and turn with L1 and R1. Kind of fun once you get the hang of it. Big map, too.

If they, against all odds and evidence, were going to actually release something, but decided against it because someone else used a machine translation? Even bigger faggots. If they had something better, it would of course replace the machine translation as the preferred patch. It had no impact on their work.
