Do you think they were planning on making more numbered stages in world 8 of SMB3? There are only two but they seem to be based on the first two worlds, so I've always wondered if they were gonna make say 5 more based on the rest of the worlds but decided against it for some reason. Would have been cool to play dark versions of a water stage, giant stage, sky stage, ice stage, and pipe stage.
