What was namco thinking by killing Xenosaga and ending the career of Soraya Saga which ended up in Monolith being sold to Nintendo and being sent to the Zelda dungeon? It’s one of the greatest video game blunders.

It's a pretty simple matter of someone doing the math, realizing Xenosaga Episode VI as Takahashi and his wife had planned them would probably end up releasing in about 2023, and doing something else.
