one of my favorites growing up, the first one i like a little more than circus. Great music, beautiful graphics with nice large sprites but not mega man 7 tier of too large. Never played through the 3rd one even though it has my favorite character donald. Think i'll get around to it before the year is up.

Im playing that one now and idk why the snes version wasn't released in the west. Its alot of fun. There is a gba version and snes version. Id go for the english patche snes version.

yeah the gba versions of the games have horrible sound, especially the first one, which used the gbc sound core instead of utilizing the gbas.

Always had a gut feeling this game ran on highly modified Super Ghouls n' Ghosts code.

I never made that connection until now. Didn't even knew Bonkers was Capcom, for some reason I always thought it was western developed. Gonna have to try it now.

I think all the snes to gba ports are downgrades but it sure was convenient. I remember thinking how cool it was that I had super Mario world on the go. Even tho it's a downgrade.

I could see how that could be possible it has some upgrades. The mario world csrt has some too. Like telling you all the levels you collected the 5 Yoshi coins from and you can switch between mario and Luigi. Will play after work to see if I notice . Also you cah save in it too and it saves your lives and power ups
