What's the best Xbox hardware revision? I want to replace my sister's ps2 (picrel) with one as a prank.

>>12266479Anything but 1.6. Too many issues with 1.6 that none of the others have. A quick recap and repaste makes them all work fine (maybe band for dvd). But seriously 1.6 has a few issues no other unit has.1.0/1.1 is the same as 1.2/1.3/1.4 but maybe the extra fan might need replacing. The benefit of the 1.0/1.1 is most likely easiest to TSOP flash and easiest to add ram and swap cpu (if you know someone with a bga machine)
