OP's pic, one game. Fixed segmented displays.

Your pic? Get inside and see if there's any jumper pads. Short them and see what happens. Often they've several games, determined by the jumper settings. Though the controls shipped may not accommodate the alternate games. ie. Pic only needs a joystick, so the action button(s) needed for the other titles aren't wired in. Button pads are probably there, so you could install your own.
No way (I'm aware) to side load in your own games.

You ever have sizing issues using adapters?
Blew my mind when I first learned AA C & D are effectively the same. Just "more battery" and you could get adapters to size-up AA cells. But I often find the fit to be really tight in things that use C cells. Even though they're supposed to be the same length.
