God Hand is easily the worst "hidden gem" and an absolute meme game people pretend to like. Simply abhorrent game design. The music is good though, but that's strangely common with bad games.
It's legitimately one of the most brilliant games ever made. It has a deceptively "jankline" appearance. But it's a bait and switch.

Though I don't like it being too based on parries.
