That and figurines, frames, plushies, etc. Do you extend your love for games that way or would you rather use the money to buy more games/consoles.

the only toys i buy is gunpla & transformers and that's ultimately because it's a hobby i share with my nephew.

Had this bad boy as a young kid. I don't regret actually playing with it because any figure from that era I can find today barely sells for more than its original price.

LEGO has jacked up their prices so much in the past several years it's actually depressing to see. Look at this little fucking thing. ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLARS

I guess the manchildren and soys drove the prices up. I miss when it was just a kids toy like 20 years ago.

I got one of these (3A Metal Gear Rex) and it's my favorite piece of vidya merch. Got it final year of school and saved up ages for it.

How much?

LEGO is for building your own creations, tear them down, and build new ones again. It's a toy.
I get that not everyone is creative so they just want to build pre-made sets, but I don't get why they want to use them as permanent showpieces. They look worse than any actual figure. When I want something nice to look at I just buy anime figures.

Fuck off, rich data boy.

i bought it for like 500 bucks from a reseller back in 2013. Not sure how much it retailed for, it was sold out pretty quick.
I imagine it would be pricier nowadays, at least for a new one.

Finally someone with brains I can't believe people actually pay scalper prices for lego cars or even hotwheels cars. Neither of those things are scale accurate completely pisses my austim off.

there's a fine but important line between playing video games and playing with toys
if someone walks into your home and sees a doll sitting on a shelf, they would be justified in calling the police
>>

videogames are just virtual toys bro
