I haven't played this since 2001 and I've always wanted to play the sequel. Think I should replay the first one first, or just jump right into 2? I vaguely remember the plot.

>>12354468Is this a serious question? I mean, I don't remember all the plot beats, but I remember as follows SpoilersYou're Alex in a village with Luna and a tiny dragon and some fat kid. There's a heroes grave who was a Dragon Knight. The ice cave opened so you go see the dragon. He makes you a Dragon Knight if you can get the pieces of armor. The fat kid gets a giant gem. You go through a haunted forest and get to a big port town, you try to sell the gem to a merchant who escapes into the sewers. Fat kid leaves the party. You go to a mountain and meet a goober in a trap named Nash. He tells you about a flying magic city. You go there? Some dude bro and fortune teller lady join your party in a water town. You meet an old inventor who farts and makes you a flying machine to get off an island. You find a piece of the armor in a desert town. You fly to the magic school. Something about 3 witches on the moon with robots slaves? They revive their demon Lord king and need Luna who is the reincarnation of the goddess or something and she shoots lasers at you that you have to dodge or you get a game over. Your dad was the legendary dragon knight I think, then you go fight the final boss. After you can run around the port town and talk to people then the game ends. I guess I don't remember much about the middle of the game.

>>12353041Very nice. It is the only version I played to completion, and one of my favorites on SegaCD. When I was young, I guess I was into basic bitches, so it was Luna as the game did push the character but I guess Mia would be nicer as a favorite.

>>12356120I wasn't much for portable gaming at the time. Plus I sort of learned my lesson as I've only played through the SegaCD versions, and only partway played the Saturn games. Hardly even played the US Playstation versions as my PS1 was already malfunctioning even when played upside-down. So I don't even have the GBA one.
