RTS Too stupid i got filtered very hard
>>12375805I only like games with cute anime girls in them
>>12375805Why don't you like platformers?Does this include action-platformers, 3D collectathons, and metroidvanias?
>>12375805you know twitter bots make posts like these to bait engagement to THEIR twitter account to make money right? You dont make money making an inane 4chan thread and asking anonymous people to share shit about themselves doesnt accomplish anything because theyre anonymous, you arent making friends.
>>12375816All of them. Trying to avoid falling is just not a fun gameplay mechanic for me.
>>12375820What's fun about platformers is gaining speed, bouncing on enemies, gliding in the air.But that's fine if you're not into it.
I don't dislike them but I find RTS games to be very overwhelming and complicated. Figuring out build orders and which unit counters the other all seems like a very tedious process and I don't like the idea of just looking up metas and strategies to follow. I understand the appeal, I just don't think they're for me. In the past I would have said shmups but recently I put some serious time into Ikaruga and I'm really loving it.
>>12375805>strategy>simulation>jrpgAnything heavily menu-based.
>>12375859>>12375805you just havent found the right one
>>12375851It only feels tedious because the battles take too damn long. Twenty minutes in a random encounter.
JRPGs no matter the subgenre are the equivalent of watching paint dry.Why should I suffer through hours of slop until the game allegedly becomes "good" when I can just start a shmup and have fun instantly with my skills improving the more I play and practice?
>>12375805Musous/Warrior games
