>>12376927He probably asked Otacon about it prior
The point is that it fooled Raiden, the player.
>>12376927>IQ of 180>Fooled by pair of sunglasses>Never once questioned why he looks like the 43rd President of the United StatesWhat did Kojimbo mean by this?
>>12376962who even has 180 iq, what does a burdening amount of knowledge look like on a man
>>12376962the bell curve is real
>>12376968>>12376992I think it was really sweet that Nintendo let Snake write his own bio.
>>12376962snake is in no way written to have an iq of 180. like specifically he plays a straightman role bouncing off egghead support staff like naomi and otacon.
>>12376927>foxhound doesn't have a mottokind of lame
>>12376968I tested up at 170, and I can tell you that IQ tests are kinda bullshit. And the idea that it's genetically determined and inherited from your parents is super extra mega bullshit for /pol/tards
>>12376927>walks out of the room>stillman turns to raiden and says "that guy's a fucking idiot"i laughed
>>12377780On the other hand, they’re really great for testing a single individual over some period of time. For example, NFL players who have potentially sustained concussions.
Intelligence is scary. Dementia is scary. Your brain can just seize up. Lose avenues of neural pathways. Bookshelves of the mind, lost.Getting old.. is scary.. but it's peaceful, isn't it?
>>12377780/pol/ is literally right, dummy. There's environmental factors too, but denying bright people make bright kids more often than they do retards like (You) is delusion
>>12378220I stand by what I said. In a span of about 30-40 years, IQ scores by race went from Whites>Latinos>Asians>Blacks to Asians>Whites>Latinos>Blacks, and those Asians didn't dip their kids in fucking TMNT mutagen to make them leapfrog from third to first place, they just tiger-mommed them into studying harder, because that's basically training for IQ tests. Also, the gap between blacks and whites narrowed by more than half, so they must have been doing gene-modding experiments on their kids, too. Nah, that's not something that's inherited/determined by genetics, no matter how much (You) want it to be.
>>12377780Yeah, you are retarded.
>>12378273the grim truth that racists don't wanna hear

>>12376962Oh, good for him, he can fit all the square blocks in square wholes faster than anyone else, that surely make him an expert at face recognition.vit's not like autists can have high iqs while also suffering from face blindness and other retarded shit like oooh you can figure out how to solve for y while dividing by ZERO(MGS reference) that doesn't mean he can tell the the difference between the president of the United state and sonic the fuckingnhedgehog or even realize inenisnt a real person fuck you dumny
>>12378273Real
>>12379779>>12379809Yeah, in the 40s and 50s racists would say Asians were kind of dim but possessed of a certain kind of ruthless cunning. Good at crime, but not at math. Now they're the "smart race". I expect their IQ scores will fall back a bit in the future as the culture starts to absorb the facts that A) pushing your kids too hard is likely to cause them to burn out and become total failures, B) even if your kid is top of the class, he may wind up getting passed over for a lower-scoring white guy anyway even in modern "duhversity" America, particularly if he's a guy, because Asian men are still culturally invisible -- so it's not worth running your kids hard into the ground, when easing off a bit is good for both them and you.
Probably silly to ask here, but was anyone else just immediately turned off by Delta? On its sale price I figured it was worth picking up but I just thought it was painfully bland for some reason. I don't know if it's the hyper realism, or the slight gameplay changes that just don't feel good... but I refunded it. I just can't quite put my finger on it, especially considering it's mostly just a face lift, but something about the remake was not fun. Like, is this a soul vs soulless thing?
>>12379964>Like, is this a soul vs soulless thing?yep
>>12379976It almost seems like a copout, but there was just something so intensely boring about it. It suddenly looked like everything else. I liked some of the small details like the mud or leaves sticking to Snake if he's crawling through it, but it reminded me of one of those youtube videos where somebody remakes a game in the unreal engine. Still, I feel like there has to be more to it, but maybe that really is it.
>>12376962Snake in Brawl is still an anomaly to me.
>12379964>>12379976>>12379986Decided to pick it back up. I just found myself wanting to play more, probably due to the good bones the game is building on more than anything else.As I get a bit further, it feels very close to what a good remake should be, yet something still feels a bit off. It feels like what would happen if you got a bunch of very respectful fans together without the director, which is exactly what it is. In some of the color choices and little things it feels like they just didn't quite get the designs or tone right, but in others it looks exactly how you'd want it to. In a weird way though, I feel like they did a better and more proper remake than what would have been created if Kojimbo would have been involved as I feel he'd have been a bit too ambitious with it and given us something more similar to the FF7 remakes rather than this which feels a lot closer to REmake. Still, like I keep saying, there's just something I can't put my finger on that feels off and is constantly nagging me when I play it. I now don't think its a bad game, but still..
>>12379805>that surely make him an expert at face recognitionThey SHARE a face you fucking mongoloid. Also doesn't it strike you as odd nobody else questioned why the president looked like the renowned mercenary leader who held the world to nuclear ransom only a decade earlier? It's like a clone of Bin Laden or Saddam trying to get elected. >>12379792>"Snake, did you like my sunglasses?"https://youtu.be/uEOaiWqYTqw?si=Scpj80E7px5cZGDT

Snake has 180 combat IQ. A savant in his field. Dull around the edges everywhere else.
>>12381569Snake recognizes Miller as he takes off his disguise IN the codec. He takes off the sunglasses and undoes the scrunchie on his hair and Snake recognizes him then (mostly because he announces being Liquid shortly before)
>>12379779they never want to hear the truth, they want a nice easy digestible narrative that fox news can deliver to them in 30 seconds. things like historical context is just liberal propaganda to them.
