In North America, Street Fighter III: New Generation was simply called "THREE" and it took a while for people to realize it was a Street Fighter game

>>12391476growing up i just didnt care for street fighter 3 what i ended up playing was the xmen vs capcom series instead that and the alphas were good it was only after playing sf4 for 360 i was told about how good 3 was so i gave it a go and wasnt disappointed but i knew something was off about it so went back to tekken afterwards. now i play capcom vs snk2 for steam and im having alot of fun in it. tekken 8 and street fighter 6 just doesn't win me over in any way, ppl take those fighting games too serious and it kills the fun so quick
