Yup, SEGA will do anything to keep making money off decades old games, if you have the roms just play Sonic 1 & 2 Forever which are the definitive ways to play the game, if you want to play S3&K or Sonic CD then "Miracle Edition" and Sonic 3: AIR are your best shots.
