If Monster Boy is now offically part of the WonderBoy series that means more WonderBoy games can be made.I'd like to hack Saiyuuki World to make it more like WonderBoy in Monster Land, if you've played the sms game you can get pretty far since they are so similar.The level format is pretty easy to hack, the first 2 screens or so are all the same while the level data is simply stored as bytes in the rom which is not that efficent but I think multiple levels use the same data. The graphics are decompressed into the cartidge ram so think it would be easier to extend the rom and just load graphics over the top of them.
They should make a crossover game where WonderBoy and the main characters from the not-WB games team up. Throw in the guy from Whomp 'Em for good measure.
