Does anyone play spiderweb software's avernum games? Yeah greed and glory was released last year but it plays like the original back in 2005. Ruined world was good too. I remember playing avernum 2 demo on my windows XP computer as a kid.What makes the stories so compelling to continue with? And why is archer so overpowered?

Played and loved the first 2 Exile games, but I haven't tried the third after I heard it has a time limit.
