I'm thinking of playing through every MK game, beating arcade mode with every character, playing through any bonus modes, then moving on to the next game, and so on.Is this a good or bad idea? Has anyone done something similar?

Anything past that you should move onto better fighters if you want to get deep into one. t. love MK but knows the truth

MK is ok but there are plenty of better options like SF, KoF, Tekken, etc. Overall the the japs are better at making fighting games, shaoling monks is fire though.

It will cheat, and you can beat it but you have to figure out the specific moves that work against the computer. Good luck. There is probably more productive and fun things you can do with your time.

>>12421260It's not just that the computer cheats in a "that seemed a little too fast to not be input reading" sort of way. It fucking BLATANTLY cheats in a "it does shit that the human player literally cannot do and isn't shy about it at all" sort of way. It can be cheesed of course, but jump kick and sweep spam gets old fast and trying to beat the computer "fairly" is a exercise in frustration because at no point is it actually fair.

I remember when I owned Street Fighter Alpha 3 on PS1 I could beat arcade mode on the highest difficulty with every character except T Hawk and I couldn't even beat it on the lowest difficulty with him lol.
