How do you start with Medabots?

Keep in mind that the AX games are reskinned Medarot G, which are fighting, 2d platforming games and not RPGs like Medabots/Medarot 2 CORE.Some pointers:-Kabuto/Metabee is almost always the easier version because of the head Missile attack from your initial Medarot.-The mascot bot (medal and parts) you get will carry you throughout the game, but you'll experiment around once different terrains are in place and you get more tinpets.-If you do pick Kuwagata/Rokusho, remember to use scout (head) once or twice, then sword/strike (right) and hammer/berserk (left) to disable bots. It's tempting to spam hammer but the bots that use it can't defend or evade.-Press use on the bookshelfs inside the school's classrooms to understand more about the game's mechanics. It feels daunting at first but you'll get the hang of it.-Don't worry about collecting every part on your fist run.The rest of the games are harder, to be honest. I think you won't find enemies with mixed parts in the localized game and 2 is in a place where it had good mechanics but not many features from following games like Medachange.Give them a try and ask in here or /m/ for help if you are stuck.

I own the cart, tried playing it on GBA and couldn't make sense of the combat.The main games are strategy RPGs with a sort of ATB instead of back and forth turns. You can build a team for speed and attack a bunch of times before your enemy has a chance to do anything, you could also build 1 tank and 2 guard bots to keep the tank alive, there's a lot of freedom in that sense.Just don't start with spinoffs.
