It's like Nintendo took notes on what the PS1 did right while also retaining retardation from the N64 era. Melee, REmake, RE4, F-Zero GX, Skies of Arcadia, all fantastic but swimming in a sea of slop.B Tier: NES has some fantastic games, and I see why some love it. But a lot of it just isn't for me. However when a Famicom falls into my hands I give SMB1 or one of the RPGs a replay.Mid tier:These all have a couple games I like but that's it. Not enough for me to bother owning/replaying. I respect Mega Drive fans but again a lot of it just isn't for me. N64 and Saturn are very weak in general to me but have couple titles that make me glad they existed.
Next tier: both these aren't bad systems they are just an inferior experience. This also means that a console having 6000 games isnt really relevant if a consumer cant enjoy them all within the consoles life. I dont know what the amount of games that a consumer can reasonably consume within a certain period of time is but when evaluating libraries properly that needs to be considered and accounted for.

The Bonk games are not as tight as Mario, Legendary Axe is not as well made as other action platformers like Castlevania or ActRaiser. Most multiplats play better on Genesis or SNES. It's pretty mid.
