I love this damn thing, native playback of literally three Nintendo handhelds in one. If only it had included the Sharp LR35902 instead of relaying on emulation with the Virtual Console for Game Boy and Game Boy Color, it would have contained the fucking full entire history of Nintendo handhelds in one hardware.
I use the Bridge, on the GC with the GBA bottom accessory. Bridge lets me use any controller I want and I just plug it in to the GC ports. Use mine with snes, saturn, psx, and sega, they all work fine, mapping is a breeze.

Ive got the GB Player hooked up to my Cube, with the homebrew GBI software instead of stock, and an OEM SNES controller using a cable from raphnet. It's alright, nice to have. But desu, kinda meh.Also have plenty of official ways to play GBA on later N consoles and handhelds, plus obviously there's emulation on PC, PS Vita. But this is how I play GBA. Funnyplaying ITA laminated screen kit.

The notretro one that came after edges it out by quite a bit in terms of library imo. The GBA had some quality offerings and my favorite game is on it but it didn't feel like a powerhouse of breadth like the SNES/PS2 for example
