>>12448303holy shit i just finished 1 and hopped on vr to make a thread.Yes it was very fun,it gets suddenly hard around the middle then it oscillates but it never cheats you.Auto aim can be a bitch sometimes though so play it on pc and the gog version has some weird problems with the cut scenes. the originals? The first one was okay: basically Max Payne as a girl with blades in cheesy gothic settings sucking blood. The second was a little better with some added mechanics. Now that I think about it they were basically gender swapped Max Payne in different settings.
I played it briefly on PC and thought the controls were horrible. I do wanna revisit it sometime.

what a great game BR1 is. it manages to have such scale and sense for adventure when at face value it's a campy gore b-movie thing. honestly wish there more games like this but somehow even the sequel couldn't surpass it.
I remember I couldn't figure out how to kill the final boss in 1 as a teen.I always hated when you basically had to kill every nazi twice because thier heads and spines detach and start floating, god I hate those fucking heads. That aside, pretty fun game.
