Try original hardware + a Sony Trinitron
It will blow your mind, zoomer
>>

nice narrative challenge
>>
>>12458889
the input lag is unbelievable, how does no one talk about it
>>
>>12458976
I like my games running above 20fps
>>
>>12459065
Did you try enabling the optimal frame pacing option? It reduces input lag and I noticed a clear improvement with it.

>PCSX2 is the ultimate emulator
this is perhaps the dumbest statement I will see today.
>>
>>12458889
Why?
>>
>>12458889
Can they fix Goemon Zero already so that I don't have to use RetroArch for it
>>
>>12458889
but then you're stuck with ps2 shovelware like OP.

How quaint

>No comfy controller UI
>Such a pain in the ass to set up a controller profile for each game.
>Autistic way to set up things for each game
Dolphin is the ultimate emulator if you are trans, autistic or both.
PCSX2? It just works.
>>
Anyone try playing PCSX2 with 120hz hacks? How well does that work (for games that support it)?
>>
>>12458976
No, i'm not buying a giant boomer tv just to play PS2 games.
>>
>>12458889
>Ultimate emulator
Say that to me again when it actually make 3d screenshots that aren't mangled dogshit.

PS2 and PS1 are two systems though?
>>
Playing through Armoured Core 3 and Klonoa 2 on it and Im having so much fun.
>>
I like that you can see the game covers, the only thing that would make it better is some short 3 second clip as you highlight them like in those demo discs but might be a bit bloaty.

Apparently there are frontends that can work with PCSX2
Here are the filsizes for the US library's video previews

duckstation is more accurate, has more features, and has about 20x more actually good games to play.
>>
>>12464201
First, it sucks. Second, it's not even an emulator.
>>

lol
lmao even
>>
>>12458976
Boomer here I did this a decade ago and was underwhelmed. Silent hill 2 looked muggy as shit in the town areas compared to emulation. If anything native hardware plus upscalers is the real meta.

wii games
>>
>>12465828
you can see really long previews if you actually play the game
>>
>>12458889
no, that would be Kega Fusion.
