It does have a big emphasis on anime mons which holds the game back but having the open world structure of DW1 but with different plot threads you can chose to chase ( the plot is pretty minimalistic) is good for the genre. the third digimon world game, next order never got expansions and you can tell they were planning around it its pretty wack.

I got this card back in the day and I liked it because it had the highest number out of any other card I had and it wasn't in the original show so it felt special. I never learned how to play but the art is cool.
